2. Check after booting
①Listen to whether there is abnormal noise from the diesel generator set, and stop it immediately.
②Check the oil pressure gauge. Under normal circumstances, the oil pressure should not be lower than 35psi under cold conditions.
③Check whether the frequency of the generator set, the voltage value is stable and the working condition of the charger.
④The above three conditions are all normal. After 10 minutes of no-load heat engine, run with load.
⑤ Avoid long-term operation under conditions above 80% of the rated load.
⑥Listen to the diesel engine for abnormal noise under load conditions, check the oil pressure, water temperature (below 92 degrees Celsius), frequency, voltage, and smoke color.
⑦Check whether the generator set has oil leakage, water leakage, air leakage and abnormal vibration of the generator set.
⑧ Check whether the temperature of the bulb shell is abnormal.
