Diesel generator set fuel system and intake and exhaust system

(1) Fuel supply and speed control system:
The fuel supply system is mainly composed of fuel transfer pump, fuel filter, fuel cooler, fuel injection pump and fuel injector. Its function is to inject diesel fuel into the combustion chamber at a fixed time, quantitative, and pressure according to the working conditions of the diesel engine. At the same time, the fuel injection pump and governor are used to control the diesel engine to run stably under given conditions.
Commonly used fuel supply and speed control systems mainly include plunger fuel injection pump fuel supply and speed control system, PT fuel supply and speed control system, electronic control injection (including high pressure common rail) fuel supply and speed control system, etc.
(2) Intake and exhaust system:
The intake and exhaust system of a diesel engine is mainly composed of an air filter, an intake and exhaust pipe, a muffler and a supercharging system.
